The short version
- This site has no forms and no accounts. We only get your details when you contact us or book a call.
- We use analytics to see how the site is used, and we may use advertising tools to measure and show our ads.
- We don't sell your personal information.

Who we are
This site, irgella.com, is run by Irgella LLC (“Irgella,” “we,” “us”), 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901, USA. This policy covers the website. If you become a client, the agreement you sign covers how we handle your business's data.
What we collect
What you give us.
- When you book a call — the booking page is Google Calendar. You give your name, your email and anything you choose to add; Google runs that page and passes the booking on to us.
- When you email, call or message us — your contact details and whatever you tell us. WhatsApp messages go through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta.
What's collected automatically when you visit.
- The pages you view, how you got here, and whether you click a “book a call” button.
- Your device type, browser, screen size and language.
- Your approximate location (country and city), worked out from your IP address.
- How fast the pages loaded for you.
How we use it
- To reply to you, run the call, and send the written diagnosis or proposal you asked for.
- To understand which pages work and fix the ones that don't.
- To measure whether our advertising brings in calls, and to show our ads to people likely to care.
- To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.
We don't use your information for automated decisions about you.
Cookies and the tools we use

You can turn these off:
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site works the same without them.
- Install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Switch off personalized ads in Google's ad settings and Meta's ad preferences.
The site doesn't currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because there's no common standard for them.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that run the tools above, and only so those tools work: Google (analytics, calendar, advertising), Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Meta (advertising, WhatsApp). Each handles data under its own privacy policy — Google, Vercel, Meta.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't hand it to anyone else unless the law requires it or the business changes hands — in which case this policy keeps applying to your data.
How long we keep it
Emails, messages and call notes: for as long as the conversation or the client relationship lasts, plus whatever period the law requires for business records. Analytics data: for the retention period set in each tool, after which it's deleted or kept only as totals that don't identify anyone.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email hello@irgella.com and we'll answer within 30 days. We may need to confirm it's really you first, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
California residents. You have the right to know, correct and delete the personal information we hold about you. We don't sell personal information. If we use advertising tools, what they collect may count as “sharing” for targeted advertising under California law — you can opt out with the controls above or by emailing us.
Visitors from the EU, UK or Switzerland. Irgella serves US businesses, but if you visit from there you also have the right to object to or restrict how we use your data, to get a copy you can take elsewhere, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We rely on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site, and on taking the steps you ask for before working together. Your data is processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us theirs, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to our accounts is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that nothing will ever go wrong — if something does and it affects you, we'll tell you.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or the tools we use, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
